Are you guys mobile mechanics?

A: No, we perform all work at our location in NW Austin. People sometimes confuse “mobile mechanic” with our pick-up and delivery concierge service.

You will actually pick up my car and deliver it back to me?

A: Yes! As long as you are in the Austin metroplex area from Georgetown to Kyle, we will come pick up your vehicle, service it and bring it back to you, oftentimes the same day!

Is there a fee or charge for pick-up and delivery?

A: We are renown for our free pick-up and delivery service, however due to the growing demand for this service, we’ve had to implement some policies that will increase our effectiveness, but bottom line, the service is still free! Questions? Our service advisors are happy to help!

I heard you offer free loaner cars; how does that work?

A: It’s true, we have a small fleet of consumer vehicles that we loan out to retail customers for free when we have approved work on their vehicle. Please note, due to the high demand and limited quantity, they are always subject to availability. For questions and loaner policies, please speak with your service advisor.

When I drop my car off, do you have a shuttle to take me my office?

A: Absolutely, our concierge porters will happily shuttle you to your office, home or destination of your choice within a limited radius of our shop. Check with our service advisors for details.

Do you work on commercial box trucks?

A: Absolutely! We’re thrilled to announce our recent acquisition of a leading fleet service company, expanding our capacity to cater to commercial vehicles such as box trucks and bucket trucks commonly utilized by telecom and electricity companies. If your fleet isn’t receiving the attention it deserves, call us today!

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

A: Yes, we believe in price transparency so our customers know what they are paying for and why. Other shops may say they “don’t charge one” or that they will “waive it” if you do the repair. Today’s vehicles are more complex and sophisticated and even a seemingly simple issue like headlights not working might mean a simple bulb replacement, however what if you replace the bulb(s) and they still don’t work? It could be the switch, the body control module, the battery junction box, or the ballast. It’s always better to know what the actual problem is before you throw parts at it.

What if my car is still under the dealership extended warranty?

A: No problem! We can do the work under your warranty.

Do you work on hybrids?

A: Absolutely!

Do you offer towing service?

A: For towing service, it’s recommended to check with your insurance provider or roadside assistance program such as AAA first. If you don’t have access to these options, we can connect you with trusted local towing services through our established relationships. Furthermore, when you have any service completed with us, you not only benefit from our warranty but also receive a full year of roadside assistance. Do you do body work?

A: Yes, through a trusted partnership, we are now able to offer full collision repair services. We will be the point of contact for you and your insurance company.

Do you do State Inspections and how will they change in 2025?

A: Yes! We are an Official Vehicle Inspection Station. As for changes in January 2025, HB 3297 states that the Vehicle Safety Inspection Program is eliminated for non-commercial vehicles by amending Transportation and Health and Safety Codes.

  • The bill does not eliminate vehicle emissions inspections on non-commercial vehicles. Emissions inspections are still required in these Texas counties:
    • Houston-Galveston-Brazoria Program Area: Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston,
    • Harris, and Montgomery Counties
    • Dallas-Fort Worth Program Area: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman,
    • Parker, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties
    • Austin Area: Travis and Williamson Counties
    • El Paso Area: El Paso County
  • The bill does not eliminate safety inspections on commercial vehicles.
